Even though there are no coconut trees where I can test my limbs at climbing (and falling), this beach is still a lovely place to go. Just for a walk. I’m thinking of going there again today to do some serious kite running. More on that later. I have so much to tell. So many [...]

we joined the tourists, taking hundreds of pictures around Galway. The route I took was: UCHG – Town centre – Spanish Arch – Salthill – Westside. So, here they are:
Spanish Arch. People everywhere. Japanese tourists, the lady from the tart shop, people who look like hippies with guitars, a cameraman, seagulls, swans..
A little girl, looking [...]

exhale…
I still haven’t seen the head of the team since he’s always busy. I hope he won’t think that I’m some lazy student just because I was never with him.
What I’ve done:
- emergency admissions: normal stuff like checking the breathing, heart and I did a speculum after months of leaving speculum-y things behind.
- ante natal [...]

One of the best times ever!
Hear me gush now, if you’re willing.
I can’t find the appropriate words to describe it. Exhilarated? My heart is still making tiny acrobatic moves, leaping, bounding.. just at the thought of it. No, it’s not in arrhythmia.
The RTE concert orchestra
Entering the hall, I was already buzzing with excitement. [...]

At home now, still having the best times. Baked a cake with Nat, cooked dinner, watched Jdorama, played Rush Hour with the rest, watched Eurovision together, slept. I feel soooo… happy. It’s a strange word; happy. But I am.
Tomorrow: RTE concert orchestra! woot!

Been 24 for 45 minutes now and I feel no different. No wrinkles. No sudden mature thoughts (I’d like a huge standing easel for birthday gift please). I have a new zit though.
The girls were here just now, hugging me and welcoming me to their club, ‘24′ and taking pictures of me crouching over my [...]
Day out

Awesome day, no thoughts of what ifs and exams and such.
First stop was Tart Co. for two chocolate mousses, a white chocolate and berry mousse-like cake and two berry tarts. Then, off to Pulp for big glasses of fresh fruit juices and smoothie.
Brownies (I forgot to take pictures of the ones we bought)
Weighed down with [...]

I woke up this morning and saw
All white
So… snowmen construction begins!
Used my muffler and Onion’s snow cap. I found a red jelly bean for the nose.
Another one with a blue cowboy hat
Hehe
A couple of guys across the road made one too, using a hard hat and pool balls. Ours are nicer though [...]

I’m too lazy to write a proper post. These were taken in Fussen. Had there been a fellow snow-crazy person with me, we’d be out all day and night making snow families.
Neuschwanstein Castle
My toes were all frozen in my boots as we climbed higher towards the castle. It’s lovely, but I thought I’d have more [...]

quite sun burnt. that hurt.
drinking straight from a coconut till i felt like bursting was great. so was the boat ride, sitting at the bow, bouncing up and down (hard to videotape anything since everyone’s rocking and trying not to fall), the wind in [...]
